After the Front Office Clerk the Bellman is the next employee that guests encounter. It's up to you to provide the guests with an excellent experience in order to exceed the guests expectations. As a Shuttle driver you are responsible to transport our Hotel guests.
Requirements:
 MAVO education or equivalent
 Min. 21 years old
 Valid driver’s license
 Fluent in English, Spanish, Dutch and Papiamento

 Assistant Financial Controller

As Assitant Finincial Conroller you provide direction to management and leadership in the administrative, business planning, accounting, budgeting and automation efforts of the Resorts.
Responsibilities among others:
 Monthly bank reconciliations
 Monthly F&B operation’s inventories
 Monthly and annually Tax Reporting: Turnover Tax, Room Tax, etc.
 Monthly and annually SVB Reporting
 Posting Income Journal
 Preparation of monthly intercompany invoices – expenses and revenues
 Monthly F&B recap postings
 Payroll review and approval
 Controls of House bank counts
 Revenue Reports and Cash Receipts
 Monitor Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable
 Balance sheet Reconciliations
 Monthly closing and annual closing
Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management or equivalent
 Minimum of 5 years in a similar position
 Work experience in accounting in the hotel isector is a must
 Fluent in English, Spanish, Dutch and Papiamento
 Flexible in working hours
 Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills

 Accounts Payables/Accounting Clerk

Qualifications:

 EPI Administration Diploma or equivalent

 Minimum one year of experience in similar position

 Fluent in English, Spanish and Dutch

 Competent with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

 Organizational, verbal and written skills is a must

 Accountability and having a sence of Responsibility is a must

 Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is essential

Responsibilities:

 Receives and matches original invoices and requests for payments with internal purchase orders or check requests.

 Verifies and electronically enters accounts payable data into ledgers.

 Follows up on vendors statements and other discrepancies regarding payment of accounts.

 Maintains logs, enters and balances account data and generates statistical summary reports.

 Responsible for printing all checks.

 Balances F&B and General inventory to the daily report.

 Follows all month end-closing procedures.

 Assist with month end inventories.

Payroll Specialist

De functie

Als Payroll Specialist bij Deloitte Dutch Caribbean duik je in de wereld van arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken en loonbelastingzaken van cliënten. Je voert de loonmutaties in, verwerkt de salarissen en controleert de uitkomsten. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële rapporten en assisteer je bij het opstellen van niet gecontroleerde jaarrekeningen. Tevens onderhoud je contacten met derden en ben je de contactpersoon voor de cliënt voor eerstelijns vragen over de salarisadministratie.

 

Uw profiel

Je hebt een MBO+ of HBO opleiding afgerond en bezit reeds 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in de rol van salarisadministrateur. Je bent bekend met de (Arubaanse) premieregelingen ZV/OV en AOV/AWW, de loonbelasting en je hebt voldoende kennis van het arbeidsrecht en personeelszaken. Daarnaast ben je handig met payroll software, bij voorkeur Payroll Pro. Tevens ben je accuraat, communicatief vaardig, klantgericht, pro actief, sociaal en flexibel. Je hebt een cijfermatige inzicht, een positieve instelling en een sterk ontwikkeld verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. De Nederlandse en Engelse taal alsmede Papiaments beheers je uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
